Great job. Keep up the good work.
-----
Add known genetic regulation of genes involved in each pathway, e.g. induced or repressed by what environmental signal or compounds.
-----
It would be great if this database included biotransformations of pharmaceutical products and intermediates.
-----
Very useful database, Keep up the good work!
-----
WOULD LIKE TO SEE FIELD APPLICATIONS AND CONDITIONS....WAYS TO DOCUMENT THE BIODEGRADATION OF PCP IN GROUNDWATER, FOR EXAMPLE.
-----
The system is an excellent resource!
-----
Keep up the good work. Also additional links and broader ties to others interested in biodegradation would be useful.
-----
Perhaps add some Sulfur heterocycle compounds including condensed thiophene pathways
-----
Thank you for your excellent efforts to provide such a huge and nice data base. It is very useful for me. If possible, please add some molecular information such DNA sequence cooresponding to their coding enzymes.
-----
TERRIFIC RESOURCE! KEEP up the fine work.
-----
I would like to see a page like this for biologically controlled reactions involving trace metals.
-----
It's not easy to chose only one. IN question 3 I also appreciate to have information on the microorganisms. A structured Internet page with all the information and links will satisfy everyone I'm sure, are you able to do it?
-----
Thank you for your very useful database. The principle research subject of our laboratory is the biodegradation of toxic compounds like BTEX, biphenyles, morpholine and diuron. I have just one suggestion about a pathway you can include: phenol.
-----
This is a nice project. I browse it about once per month and it gives me new ideas. Keep it up.
-----
I would like to have more information on similarity among enzymes (composition, DNA sequence, active site......).
-----
I get lost occasionally, following the links, esp. when I am trying to find info. on enzymes. Probably my problem though.
-----
I found your database very interesting and useful. Thank you for making such information available on Internet.
-----
publications and magazine sugiered by you
-----
I'm more interested in biocatalysis than in biodegradation. However, it's good work !
-----
Thanks for asking.

Thank you for your kindly your e-mail and informations. Your home page contents have been growing more interesting and more valuable. However, in my personal view, the total pathways are not good enough, this should be improved. Improvement and keeping for good home page is very diffcult, I feel your continuous endeavor and I would like to thank you honor.
I think many researchers are studying many degradation and reaction. So, making links to many universities and studies with searchable key words would be interesting. For example, calling for URL of these study in this mailing list. Of course, the least scientific data or reports should be impress. And I feel communication board would be helpful and interesting for these researcher .
Please forgive my poor English writing
Thank you very much.

i THINK ITS DOING VERY WELL AT THE MOMENT, BUT IT COULD SERVE AS A USEFUL DATABASE IF AN EXTRA SECTION COULD BE CREATED TO INCLUDE AS MANY EXAMPLES OFHYDROCARBONSUBSTRATES THAT ARE
