Comments:
When two ring positions are possible for the hydroxylation, both products are produced. Enzymes will produce only one of these two products, but it is not possible to predict which one that is. Hydroxylation of 4-hydroxypyridine is based on Watson et al., 1974. Rule is excluded from acting on vic-dihydroxyaromatic substrates.
